About Us
Welcome to Malvern View, a residential service in Worcestershire specialising in supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism, Malvern View accommodates up to 10 adults. With personalised pathways tailored to specific needs, we are dedicated to recognising and nurturing the strengths, interests, and dreams of each person supported. We provide professional and individualised care where the people we s
upport thrive in a supportive environment.
Our Approach
At Malvern View, we adopt a person-centred approach to care, honouring individual dignity, privacy, and the right to choose and independence. Our dedicated key workers are skilfully matched to provide personalised support to each person we support, actively involving them in decision-making about service planning and delivery. We prioritise outcomes and quality of life, focusing on what can be achieved for each person based on their abilities, interests, and needs. In our positive risk management framework, we create an environment that fosters confidence, structure, inclusion, and opportunities.
Our well-equipped kitchen encourages people to actively participate in meal preparation. We collaboratively work with individuals to understand their life and aspirations, defining goals to plan meaningful support activities that promote social inclusion and develop independent living skills. Our comprehensive support services, including occupational therapy, soci
al inclusion groups, advocacy, and access to a consultant psychiatrist as required, reflect our commitment to promoting independence, health, well-being, and an active, full life for the people we support. Malvern View collaborates with local commissioning groups and professionals to support people’s progress along their pathways, embodying our dedication to being a learning disability and Autism service that promotes multidisciplinary team support and assistance.
Accommodation
Malvern View, set within a detached property with its own gardens, offers a dedicated space for recreation and activities. The service boasts four ground floor bedrooms, three of which are en suite. On the second floor, there are six bedrooms, with two having en suite bathrooms. This thoughtful layout ensures a comfortable and accommodating living space, tailored to the diverse needs of the people we support.

w enjoys convenient access to various local amenities. Within a short drive, people we support can reach Bromsgrove and Birmingham, both vibrant centres offering a range of shopping and leisure options. For daily essentials, local shopping centres are easily accessible, catering to the practical needs of the people in the service. Additionally, the tranquil setting of Malvern View ensures a peaceful environment while still being well-connected to key destinations.
Ethos & Values
Accomplish’s Malvern View service is part of the Keys Group, a family of care and support providers, including Accomplish, Keys, and Peak, who share a common goal of delivering the best outcomes for those who choose our care. We have recently launched a new set of values that embody our beliefs and principles.
At Malvern View we embody the EPIC values of Excellence, Passion, Integrity, and Caring.
Our commitment to excellence drives us to achieve the highest standards of learning, development, and performance in all that we do.
Our passion for delivering the best outcomes for those in our care is evident in our ambitious and committed approach to care and support.
Our integrity and transparency in our work is reflected in our honest and transparent communication and sharing of results and learnings.
Our caring approach is centred on showing compassion and empathy, placing those in our care at the centre of all that we do, and always putting the people we support at the heart of all our actions.
Good News
At Malvern View, one of the people we support, who is blind and uses a wheelchair, is encouraged to maintain their independence through engaging activities. This includes tasks such as vacuuming their be
droom and sweeping the garden. Our person-centred approach recognises and supports each individual’s unique abilities, fostering a sense of accomplishment and self-sufficiency. By tailoring our support to specific needs, we ensure that everyone at Malvern View has the opportunity to contribute actively to their daily environment and take pride in their abilities.
