Annual Report 2023
Keys Group is pleased to announce the publication of its Annual Report for 2023.
Accomplish is a specialist provider of supported living services in the Midlands. We provide support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Acquired Brain Injuries.
For over 30 years, our priority has been the fulfilment of the lives of everyone we support across England and Wales. Accomplish’s Midlands Supported Living services are delivered within and form Accomplish’s Central Supported Living region which encompasses
the East and West Midlands.
We believe in the potential of each person we support and we enable them to work towards their goals, live more independently and take control of their lives. We listen and understand what each person would like to achieve in life. We then work closely with them, their family,
circle of support and other professionals to define goals and how we can work together to achieve them.
Through our outcome-focused approach, we provide support that is built around each person’s specific and complex needs.
Our main objective is to support growth, development and independence throughout the young person to adult section of the care and support pathway; aiming, where possible, to promote the step down from support and moving fully into the community hopefully ending in independence and autonomy. For those who require a more prolonged delivery of support we aim to maximise choice and control within people’s own lives utilising tools and practices developed from the personalisation agenda including working together for change, alongside
direction from REACH standards and always with an active support delivery model

Our Northamptonshire service in Rushden is a 24/7 Specialist Supported Living service for people with Autism and/or Learning Disabilities. There are eight fully self-contained flats for individuals who will be supported in a core and cluster model of support – a core team of day and night support workers alongside individualised support packages of 1:1 support hours
There are six additional flats for individuals on transitional support plans. These individuals enter these flats with the intention of moving away from 24/7 supported living when they feel prepared. They will receive ongoing support for a flexible duration aimed at enhancing their daily living skills, thereby facilitating their journey toward greater independence. By working closely with individuals and undergoing regular assessments, this journey will remain adaptable, with our approach of accommodating the person’s wishes, needs, and considerations as the focal point of our transitional support.
All flats are fully self-contained and located on a quiet residential street in a detached building. There is lift access, with four wheelchair-friendly flats on the ground floor. These flats feature kitchens adapted with rise and fall worktops, a wet room, and accessible doors throughout. A lift is available to all floors. Each flat includes a bedroom, wet room, and infrared ceiling radiators, and they are built to a high standard.
Accomplish’s Northamptonshire Supported Living service in Kettering is dedicated to providing essential support for individuals with Autism or learning disabilities. Comprising six one-bedroom flats, this service is strategically located in a quiet Kettering neighborhood, offering proximity to community resources.
The flats are constructed to a high standard, specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals with complex requirements. The support staff, led by a Registered Manager, ensures a secure and comfortable living environment. People supported benefit from the expertise of the Quality Support Team, which includes Autism Advisors and Positive Behaviour Support Leads.
Each self-contained flat features a bedroom, shower room, and spacious open-plan living room with a kitchen. The property includes communal spaces, a staffed area, and a sleep-in room for night-time support. Robust fixtures, hidden switches, and sound reduction measures are in place to enhance safety.
