Dr Olufemi Oluwatayo
Medical Director
Dr Oluwatayo has extensive experience across the NHS and independent sector. He was previously a Welcome Research fellow and a Lecturer at the University of Manchester where he completed his Masters degree and his Psychiatry Training Programme. He is passionate about caring for people with Mental Health needs and Autism.





Elise Stephen
Consultant Clinical Psychologist/Head of Therapies/DBT Clinical Lead
Elise is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with a wealth of experience working in adult mental health, ASD/LD and secure/forensic settings. She is accredited with the Society for Dialectical Behaviour Therapy UK & Ireland, and is also experienced in using approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Elise is experienced in service development, such as developing and implementing highly specialised and evidence-based care and treatment pathways. She is registered with the British Psychological Society and the Health Professionals Council.
