Our Support
Blakewells is a residential and supported living service based in Hereford, providing support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and/or Mental Health needs. The residential home supports up to 7 adults, offering a variety of supportive pathways, personalised to suit each person’s specific needs. We are focus on the strengths, interests and dreams of each person we support.
Our Approach
Blackwell focuses on Positive Behaviour Support for individuals to ensure they receive the appropriate support. We implement Person-Centred Planning that enable the people we support to feel independent in their care decision-making. Person-Centred Planning is regularly monitored to include any changes that can enhance the individuals health and enjoyment. We like to provide an atmosphere that will improve the quality of their lives and helping them to fulfil their potential.
Accommodation
Blackwell has 7 large bedrooms all with en-suite wet rooms. There are also communal areas including kitchen, dining room, lounge and front/rear gardens. The home also has a lift for access to the first floor.
