Fairford Court is a residential service that supports up to 8 people with Autism and/or Asperger’s Syndrome, learning disabilities and mental health issues . Our aim is to maximise a person’s independence in a comfortable environment, helping them to reach their personal goals and aspirations.
We encourage and motivate each person to feel good about themselves. We support people to gain confidence and do the things that are important to them and ultimately to lead happy and fulfilled lives. At Fairford Court we put a strong emphasis on community intergration and supporting people to progress onto supported living.
Our primary aim is to provide the highest quality of care for each person we support. We provide positive, flexible and encouraging support for everyone. Our person-centred approach, enables people to achieve their goals and aspirations in life. Our staff support each person to create a person-centred plan that tells us how they want to live their life now and in the future. Through a range of communication tools, we ensure that each person is closely involved in the development of their own plan
Fairford Court is a 2 floor modern property. On the first floor there is a communal lounge, kitchen dining area, and four bedrooms. The top floor has four bedrooms and a laundry room. The service has an activity room, which encourages the people we support to participate in weekly exercise. All bedrooms are fully fitted with en-suite facilities to increase independence for individuals.
