Glan Y Felin provides specialist brain injury support led by a staff team fully trained in person-centred approaches. This means every individual has a bespoke programme of support and unique support pathway, including varied vocational, recreational, therapeutic and leisure activities. Through person-centred plans, we promote life skills, enabling the people we support to live more independently and fulfil their goals and ambitions.
