Greenview

About Us

Welcome to Greenview, an Accomplish service that supports up to eight people with Mental Health Needs, Learning Disabilities and Autism. At Greenview, our primary focus is on person-centred care, ensuring individual needs are met while promoting independence. We value the essence of providing tailored support that allows each person to maintain control over their lives. Our outcome-driven approach underscores our commitment to empowering individuals to make choices that resonate with their unique journey toward well-being and fulfilment.

Our Approach

At Greenview, our approach revolves around the Recovery Star model and the Spectrum Star, pivotal tools used in assessing and monitoring individuals’ progress upon arrival. These models empower us to collaborate closely with those we support, enabling the setting of achievable targets and valuing their input throughout their journey. We strongly believe in nurturing the potential of every individual and actively support them in reaching their goals. We ensure all care plans are from the perspective of those we support, so their voices shape their care. Regular monthly evaluations of these care plans maintain our commitment to quality and responsiveness.

Accommodation

At Greenview, our facility boasts a spacious communal area combining a lounge, dining room, and kitchen, fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Within our premises, we have three ground-floor flats nestled inside the building and two additional flats situated in the back garden. Ground floor amenities include a laundry room and a communal toilet for convenience.

Our expansive back garden features a seating area with tables and benches, a dedicated smoking shelter, and a large table tennis setup, creating spaces for relaxation and recreation. On the first floor, you’ll find three flats, a sensory/quiet room, and a shared bathroom, alongside a sleep room for our staff’s use.

Each flat is generously sized and equipped with an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower. The amenities include a washer/dryer, cooker, microwave, and fridge, ensuring self-sufficiency and comfort. All flats are tastefully furnished, comprising a sofa and essential bedroom furniture.

Location and Transport

Greenview offers convenient transportation options for travel to Birmingham city centre. The nearest train station is just a twenty-minute walk away, with an 11-minute train journey to Birmingham New Street. Alternatively, a bus ride takes approximately 40 minutes to reach the city centre. Additionally, nearby areas like Chelmsley Wood and Solihull are easily accessible from our location.

Marston Green and Birmingham International train stations are both within a twenty-minute walk from Greenview, providing additional travel choices. A short five-minute walk gets you to the 97 and X12 bus stops. Moreover, Birmingham Airport is conveniently located just a twenty-minute walk from our premises, facilitating convenient access for travel.

Ethos and Values

Accomplish’s Greenview service is part of the Keys Group, a family of care and support providers, including Accomplish, Keys, and Peak, who share a common goal of delivering the best outcomes for those who choose our care. We have recently launched a new set of values that embody our beliefs and principles.

At Greenview we embody the EPIC values of Excellence, Passion, Integrity, and Caring.

Our commitment to excellence drives us to achieve the highest standards of learning, development,
and performance in all that we do.

Our passion for delivering the best outcomes for those in our care is evident in our ambitious and committed approach to care and support.

Our integrity and transparency in our work is reflected in our honest and transparent communication and sharing of results and learnings.

Our caring approach is centred on showing compassion and empathy, placing those in our care at the centre of all that we do, and always putting the people we support at the heart of all our actions.

Good News

At Greenview, we’re thrilled to share some remarkable achievements of the individuals we support. Two of the people we support are transitioning to step-down supported living, marking a significant milestone in their journey. Having spent extended periods in secure hospitals and prison, this move represents a tremendous leap toward independent living. In another inspiring endeavour, three individuals supported at Greenview took charge of their holiday plans last summer. They independently researched, booked, and embarked on their trip without staff support, a fantastic life experience as none of them had flown before.

Moreover, one person supported  is currently organising her wedding. She’s doing remarkably well, managing the arrangements with confidence and control. These accomplishments exemplify the incredible growth and autonomy achieved by the individuals at Greenview.
