Honeybrook House supports ten people with Learning Disabilities and Autism and is focused on delivering support that is person-centred to the individual. We strive to develop and maintain skills within a nurturing and supportive environment.
We specialise in providing support for individuals with Autism. We focus on delivering support that is person-centred to the individual and we strive to develop and maintain skills within a nurturing and supportive environment.
Our person-centred approach and understanding of Autism is fundamental to the support provided. The flexible, individually adapted support, enables people to achieve their goals and aspirations within a holistic and non-judgemental service.
At Honeybrook we are experienced in supporting individuals with Autism. We work with local professionals and individuals to tailor the support we offer to an individual’s needs. The staff team are responsive and proactive enabling the people we support to create their own pace of life and develop their skills in a relaxed and safe environment. The staff team receive specialist training which includes an Autism specific clinical induction.
Honeybrook House is located on the outskirts of Kidderminster and is in an ideal location for people who want a peaceful home but also enjoy community amenities and facilities. The nearest town centre is a five-minute car journey from the service and there is also a good public transportation system with buses and train station.
There are nine en-suite bedrooms and a self-contained transitional flatlet. Honeybrook is set in three acres of enclosed gardens with off road parking. The communal areas include two spacious combined lounge and dining areas and a conservatory, offering the individuals we support a choice of where to relax and eat. The spacious kitchen is easily accessible to all. The property also has a large sensory room and garden, to encourage art and music therapy.
