Our Support

Lyndale is a residential and supported living service based in Hereford, providing support for people with Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities. The residential home supports up to 10 adults, offering a variety of supportive pathways, personalised to suit each person’s specific needs. We are focused on the strengths, interests and dreams of each person we support.

Our Approach

Lyndale focuses on person-centred planning for the people we support to ensure they receive the appropriate support. There are many benefits to using a person-centred planning, including:

  • To identify short or long term goals, helping each individual achieve these goals
  • To plan activities and build on skills
  • Make the right life choices and seek new opportunities

Person-centred planning is regularly monitored to include any changes that can enhance their health and enjoyment. We provide an atmosphere that aims to improve the quality of the lives of the people we support and enable them to fulfil their potential.

Lyndale has can support up to 10 adults, with 8 large bedrooms all with en-suite wet rooms in the service. There are also two self-contained independent living flats attached to the home.

There are also communal areas including kitchen, dining room, lounge and front/rear gardens. The home also has a lift for residents on the first floor and is based in a quiet area of Hereford with local transports walking distance away.
