Keys Group is pleased to announce the publication of its Annual Report for 2023.
The Grove can support up to 12 people, specifically accommodating the complex needs of people who have an Acquired Brain Injury or Mental Health Needs.
We aim to enable the people we support to enjoy living a fulfilled life, based around their personal needs and wishes. We aim to empower the people we support by providing opportunities and helping them achieve maximised independence in all aspects of their life. By listening to the people we support, we believe we can find the way forward and make them happy.
We specialise in supporting individuals with an Acquired Brain Injury or Mental Health Needs. Our experienced staff are dedicated to providing tailored support, aiming to maximise people’s independence, integrate them more into the community, and fulfill their personal aspirations. We promote life skills, enabling the people we support to live more independently and fulfil their goals and ambitions. We believe that having a good life with positive outcomes can be a reality for everyone, regardless of their disabilities.

Our staff support each person to create a person-centred plan that tells us how they want to live their life now and in the future. Through a range of communication tools, we ensure that each person is closely involved in the development of their own plan.
What Sets Us Apart?
The Grove is unique in providing specialist brain injury and mental health support led by a staff team fully trained in person-centred approaches. This means every individual we support has a bespoke programme of support and unique support pathway, including varied vocational, recreational, therapeutic and leisure activities
The Grove comprises a total of 12 bedrooms, evenly distributed, with 6 on each floor. Each floor provides dedicated communal spaces designed for the comfort of the people we support. Notably, both levels feature separate kitchens, allowing for convenience and independence. Additionally, there are 2 laundry rooms onsite, enhancing practicality. Further enhancing the living experience, the service includes 2 lounges, as well as an additional conservatory area on the lower level, providing ample room for relaxation and social interaction.
Moreover, the residence boasts a generous private garden, complete with a serene summerhouse that creates a tranquil outdoor retreat. On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms offer ensuite facilities, while the remaining 3 bedrooms share 2 well appointed bathrooms. Upstairs, 3 communal bathrooms cater to the needs of the 6 bedrooms, fostering a comfortable and accommodating living environment.
The convenience of Kidderminster town centre is at hand, just a brief drive or a 15-minute walk away. The nearby cities of Worcester and Birmingham are easily accessible as well.
Kidderminster train station is a few minutes drive from The Grove and connects to nearby towns and cities through regular train services in both directions. In the heart of Kidderminster town centre, you’ll find a bus station, offering additional transport options. The Grove is outfitted with two vehicles, one of which is fully
wheelchair-accessible.
The Grove is a two-minute walk from Kidderminster Hospital and local GP surgeries. A variety of shops and supermarkets are also conveniently nearby. For recreational pursuits, the local leisure centre, complete with swimming facilities, is just a quick 10-minute drive away. Should the people we support desire a wider
array of entertainment and shopping choices, the Merryhill Shopping Centre, inclusive of bowling and cinema amenities is 30 minutes away by car
