Through person-centred plans, we promote life skills, enabling the people we support to live more independently and fulfil their goals and ambitions. We believe that having a good life with positive outcomes can be a reality for everyone, regardless of their disabilities.
Our staff support each person to create a person-centred plan that tells us how they want to live their life now and in the future. Through a range of communication tools, we ensure that each person is closely involved in the development of their own plan.
The Grove has twelve bedrooms in total, with six on the ground floor and six on the first floor. There are three en-suite bedrooms, with the others having shared bathrooms.
The service also has communal areas such as lounges, kitchen, and a spacious garden. This service is suitable for people looking to reintegrate into the community. The home has a very homely feel to it, where individuals have personalised their own settings.
