The Accomplish finalists include Regional Trainer Anastasia Burridge who is shortlisted in the Workforce Development Award category, Kayleigh Fleming from The White House in the Newcomer Award, Vicki Brooke from Taith Cartref for Frontline Leader and Danielle Hawker from Manor Lodge in the Manager Award category.

Accomplish also has three finalists in the Care Home Worker Award; Claire Horniblow from Bryn Irfon, Tracey Hughes from The White House and Lauren Westgarth from Lansdown Gardens.

Jude Collins, HR Director at Accomplish Group, said: “Each and every person who works at Accomplish makes a positive contribution and has a role to play in making every day amazing for the people we support. It is wonderful to see individuals working across training, management and, of course, those in frontline care roles, all sharing equal recognition for the vital work they each do.

“I’m delighted that everyone’s hard work has been acknowledged in this way and we’re very much looking forward to joining in the celebrations at the awards evening.”

The award winners will be announced at an event being held on February 4th 2022 at Cardiff Marriott Hotel.
